Forum Guideline

Creating a Safe Space for Healing, Remembrance, and Faith

Welcome to our Member Forum—where compassion, remembrance, and community come together. This space is for those dealing with loss, creating memorials, and finding spiritual comfort. To keep it respectful and supportive, please follow these guidelines:

1. Be Kind, Gentle, and Supportive

This forum is for healing. It’s a place for mourning, designing obituaries, or seeking spiritual guidance. Treat everyone with empathy and care. Everyone’s grief journey is unique.

2. Stay on Theme

Please keep posts and discussions on topics like:

  • Writing or customizing obituary templates

  • Funeral and memorial planning

  • Sharing memories or tributes

  • Coping with grief and loss

  • Bible scriptures and prayers for comfort

  • Spiritual encouragement and Christian-based support

If your post doesn’t fit these topics, use the right sub-forum or ask moderators where to post.

3. Share, But with Sensitivity

Feel free to share personal stories, memorials, or prayers. But remember:

  • Avoid graphic or triggering content

  • Use Trigger Warnings (TW) for sensitive topics

  • Keep the tone uplifting, comforting, and gentle

4. No Hate, Judgment, or Harassment

This space has zero tolerance for hate speech, criticism of personal grief styles, religious intolerance, or harassment. Let’s uplift, not divide.

5. Respect Privacy

Don’t share full names, addresses, private messages, or identifying photos without permission. When sharing stories, keep dignity and privacy in mind.

6. Avoid Spam and Self-Promotion

Don’t post promotional content, ads, or unrelated links. You can share relevant resources or personal blogs only if they’re supportive, non-commercial, and align with the forum’s purpose.

7. Respect Copyrights and Creative Work

When posting images, obituary templates, poems, or scriptures, ensure they’re your own work or credited properly. This protects our community and creators.

8. Reach Out if You Need Help

If you see a concerning post or need help, contact a moderator. We’re here to ensure this space remains a source of peace, help, and healing.

Let’s build a community where comfort, remembrance, and spiritual strength are shared freely and with love.
